The Arc Centre
Deepen your breath, energise and clear your mind, unravel accumulated tension in the body.
This Hatha based session will leave you feeling calm, centred and revitalised for the rest of your day.
All levels of experience and abilities are welcome here. Both asana (bodily postures) and pranayama (breath work) will be used to purify the body and mind, promote proper breathing, cultivate concentration and relaxation and develop strength and flexibility to the body, mind and heart.
