Mindful journaling makes you more conscious of things going on around you. This form of writing is a way to express yourself in a manner that is free from judgement, fear, or expectation. It teaches you self-compassion, acceptance, and how to pay attention in your own life. Mindful journaling is open to anyone just bring along a pen and notebook.
After a brief mindful induction, we will quietly write, simply supported by others. You do not need to be a writer to experience the power of writing things down. Keeping a mindful journal is an amazing well being tool it can relive stress and a great way to find calm and clarity, & become more present. It can also help you to spark creativity, and a great way to have open an honest dialogue with yourself. At the end no need to share but you can network and enjoy the experience.

The Mindful Journal session is led by mindfulness trainer Shakira who is the founder of The Mindfulness Club. She is extremely passionate about sharing inspiration tips and teachings this powerful practice to help others thrive.
