After realising how regular physical exercise improved her productivity, international entrepreneur and investor Alessandra Sollberger looked into the biochemical implications of mixing your fitness habits with goal-setting exercises. It turns out you can hack your ambition and discipline through movement. She developed the Fitness x Purpose Method into the ultimate life hack: productivity and fitness exercises that reinforce each other and set you up for success.

Alessandra is a health & wellness entrepreneur, investor and speaker. She launched her first business at 11 years old. While teaching windsurf and snowboard during high school, Alessandra developed a passion for performance nutrition and for understanding how fitness impacts our productivity.
After graduating from Oxford, Alessandra worked in the private equity and venture capital industries. She went on to founding Evermore Health, the active lifestyle brand in functional nutrition.
Alessandra can be found kitesurfing in Egypt or rock climbing in California. Being aware of the huge impact of fitness on her productivity, Alessandra developed the Fitness + Purpose Method. Her “sweaty” goal-setting exercises can be performed anywhere, anytime and by anyone.
