A three-hour workshop creating space for people to enter a place of calm, identify their stressors and learn coping mechanisms using the eight limbs of yoga. We will be practicing asana, breathing, meditation and have time for an open discussion.
What to expect on the day:
Breathing exercise, warming asana, discussion time: what are your stressors, seated meditation, calming asana, discussion time: using the limbs of yoga to assist with stressors, belly breathing, walking meditation and yoga nidra.
All props and materials provided. Beginners and people with no prior experience with yoga welcome.
