About the class
A unique combination of mixed movements drawing upon Pilates, Yoga, Bodyweight and a series of isometrics (such as planks), specifically designed to strengthen your core and loosen your back, helping to prevent damage from days spent in front of a desk.
About the teacher
Nicola is a leading educator in Health and Wellbeing with over 15 years of teaching experience and qualifications in Dance, Pilates and Yoga.
Her prolific career has taken her around the world, teaching people and leading workshops in South Africa, Berlin, Canada and the US. Nicola has built a loyal following with her signature ‘Free Your Spine’ Pilates movement classes at Soho House Group and Third Space gyms.
With a love of the cities and helping people connect to their bodies she is also responsible for the City is my Playground brand focusing on mindful movement. She has led movement workshops and curated wellbeing experiences for Nike, Diageo, and Somerset House. Nicola has also led motivational talks for Universities and colleges across the United Kingdom.
Additionally, having experienced working long hours at a desk job in New York, coupled with her training in Pilates and her Free Your Spine method, Nicola has a unique understanding of workplace posture and how to train your muscles to sit more comfortably.
