As much as we love Christmas and New Year, they go by very fast. The holiday season is over and is time to get back to our normal routine.

To smooth in the process of getting back to work, join us for a special Mini Yoga retreat to celebrate in the Yoga Nest, located in the hearth of Bethnal Green.
A mini yoga retreat where you will indulge with fellow yoga students in Special Yoga flow, Pranayma (breathing exercises), Meditation and Yoga Nidra practise (the ultimate relaxation practice). A proven format, where you will leave charged, grounded and more positive.

Program :
3.00pm-5.00 pm Special Yoga Flow to clear any blockages in physical, mental or emotional level.
4.00pm-4.30 pm Pranayma and Meditation
4.30pm-5.00 pm “Yoga Nidra” The Ultimate Relaxtion Practise What is Yoga Nidra – “The Yogic Sleep”

We live in fast-paced world, we are loosing the connection between the body and mind. The practice of Yoga Nidra will help you to re-establish the connection between your mind and body, deep muscular relaxtion, better understanding and control over emotions, getting rid of old negative habits and improving the overal psychological health.

A 20 to 30 minute session of Yoga Nidra is said to be equal of roughly 3 three hours of deep sleep. You will emerge from Yoga Nidra rested and ready to engage in the world.

What is Mindfulness Meditation? Mindfulness Meditation is easy to follow meditation practise focising on the present moment awaerness, by shifting the focus to different body parts, sounds, the breath. It”s beginer friendly and very usuful for people which find meditation hard. When we practice mindfulness we are more aware of the things that help us to be calm and happy and natural joyful and also of the thought patterns that take us in the opposite direction. With this increase awareness, we can take positive choices in everyday life.

About Nadia

Nadia have been lucky to indulge in full time yoga teaching. She teaches 1-2-1, corporate and small group classes. Apart from that you could find her teaching in Westminster University, Pure Gym, AGE UK and other venues, teaching workshops and taking part in speacial yoga projects such a Study Fest in East London University, a one week project to help students cope with stress and anxiety using asana, pranayama and meditation techniques.
