Keen to unlock glowing skin, this is a natural way to appear younger, more radiant and relaxed. The workshop will focus on a scientifically proven “balanced” breathing practice, select anti-aging postures and facial yoga techniques. Students will be taught how to stimulate and strengthen facial muscles in combination with a counted breath practice. The workshop will finish with a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation. Beth Kenney (RYT200) certified teacher will share her findings from ancient yoga traditions, acupressure and modern science.
Glowing Skin Without Expensive Face Creams…
No prior yoga experience required. Students will be taught select yoga poses for anti-aging and longevity. This will not be a formal yoga practice or yoga sequence.
Must be comfortable sitting (or lying down) on a yoga mat plus some gentle movement to include standing forward folds. Mats provided. Students welcome to bring their own. Open to all levels. Both men and women.
