KIND brings you weekly classes in beautiful spaces, workshops, Yoga space rental and retreats. KIND is lead by Jayna who trained as a profesional dancer before compleating her Hatha Yoga Teacher training. Jayna’s classes balance the physical and the holistic. Focusing on the connection between body and spirit in combination with strength and correct alignment. Jayna will nourish and support you whether you are a total beginner or experienced Yogi.
