Come join Breathpod’s weekly breath group and experience one of the worlds leading techniques for personal healing and change – Transformational Breath™. Like a supercharged meditation hack this practise will take you to the next level of human performance and consciousness.
Sessions will help to:

During this workshop Stuart Sandeman will observe your breath to identify any ineffective or restrictive patterns. This tells us where you may hold any physical, mental & emotional blocks. We then use tools such as acupressure, sound, movement and coaching to open your breath and allow it to flow more freely.
The sessions support a number of conditions including: stress, anxiety, grief, asthma & respiratory ailments, heart conditions, phobias, panic attacks, depression, PMS, headaches, insomnia, infertility, addictions, chronic fatigue, ME, digestive ailments, pain control, apnoea, recovery facilitation and anaerobic diseases.

Stuart Sandeman is a Transformational breath facilitator, group leader and performance coach. He is founder of Breathpod and director at global coaching organisation Mindful Talent. He helps individuals, groups and businesses to reach their full potential and has delivered workshops to businesses including Google, Nike, Sky and Virgin. Stuart’s life was transformed through conscious breathing after the loss of his girlfriend to cancer. He is extremely passionate about sharing his practise to help others thrive. He has also travelled the world the world as an international DJ so expect the perfect soundtrack to accompany your session.

Unless we are breathing deeply and fully our cells are not getting the oxygen we require for optimum health. In the course of our busy lives we deal with emotional stress, physical injury, disagreements, conflicts, posture issues and other stresses that lead to poor, dysfunctional breathing patterns. As this becomes habitual, we lose the ability to breathe effectively. This can lead to illness, disease, lack of energy, feeling emotionally drained, fatigue, and can trigger anxiety, stress and even depression.
When breathing is full, open and connected, “activation” occurs creating a high vibrational frequency in the body. This allows lower vibrational energy that is held in your cellular memory (such as repressed feelings, unpleasant memories, birth trauma and any other negativity in the subconscious) to be permanently transformed into a higher vibrational energy.
You may feel some physical and emotional sensations as a result of this integration but as we clear the subconscious we move forward with clarity, joy and ease.
