Start your Sunday morning in style with purposeful movement and delicious food. Join Donna Noble (The Noble Yogi), Founder of CurveSomeYoga, certified yogi and body positive advocate and Melissa Saint Hill (The Bare Scientist, BSc, MSc), registered nutritionist (Association for Nutrition) and plant based foodie for a revitalizing Sunday morning of vinyasa yoga and brunch in a beautiful purpose-built yoga studio and healthy eatery overlooking a peaceful zen garden.

Your morning begins with a 90 minute gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to help you realise that everyBODY is a yoga body. This event is suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to those with a more established practice. Our aim is for this class to allow you to find freedom, self-confidence and self-love in your yoga practice.

Be inspired by Donna to practice regardless of your age, size, shape, ethnicity, physical ability or your fear. Start on your journey to empowerment, self-acceptance and change. Above all, this is a chance to have fun with your yoga.

You’ll be bodies at yoga as Donna has the ability to make you feel like you are the only person in the room, really making you focus on your mind and body. By brunch, you’ll then be friends as we seat for a relaxed social dining experience. You will dine with your fellow yogis, enjoying a flavoursome and delicious vegan feast consisting of healthy sharing platters, breakfast bowls, breads, cakes and nourish bowls all freshly prepared by Melissa. There will also be a short discussion which will be nutrition-focused, giving you the opportunity to ask any general questions you may have.

  • Spiced cinnamon granola with plant yoghurt / plant milk with fresh / grilled seasonal fruit
  • Rainbow sharing platters full of various fruit, vegetables, snacks and specially made condiments, crackers, breads, nuts, chocolate etc
  • Nourish bowls made up with a variety of flavours inspired by the Caribbean, India and Middle East
