FARYAL IQBAL trained in restorative yoga with Adelene Cheong, who developed her practice through Judith Lassiter, an early disciple of BKS Iyengar. Faryal teaches healing restorative classes with a curious, open and mindful approach. She is also trained to deliver yoga for chronic fatigue and burnout.
