St Stephen with St John Church
This mini-retreat will offer gentle hatha flow yoga, yin postures, meditation and deep relaxation inside the beautiful setting of St Stephen’s Church. Relaxed, grounded and energised by our practice, we will make the most of all the summer sun and make the short walk to St James Park for a picnic in the lovely outdoors.
Limited places available. The mats are provided (though you‘re equally welcome to bring your own).
Please bring a dish/some food to share for the picnic – Sainsburys and M&S are also en route 🙂
If the weather lets us down, we have the church space as a back up.
10am: arrivals, with selection of herbal teas available. Take this time to settle in on to your mat, or to chat with others.
10:30am-12:30pm: gentle hatha flow, with yin yoga and meditation, including a deep relaxation.
12:30-2pm: picnic together in St James Park
