Release tension, relax and calm, as we centre the body and mind through two amazing hours of yin yoga, meditation and deeply soothing breathing techniques. We are marking the autumnal equinox – the change of season and beginning of Autumn – the date on which daytime and nighttime are their closest to equal length.
Yin yoga is deeply relaxing and restorative. The postures are designed to allow you to release and let go, creating greater flexibility in muscles and connective tissues. The evening is open to all levels. We will finish off with a range of herbal teas, to see you into your evening, and the week ahead. Mats provided. Optional aromatherapy oils will be available to help deepen the sense of relaxation.
