Looking for ways to stay healthy this winter and maintain that wonderful ‘glow-like’ feeling that the warmer, longer days provide? Then come join us for this fantastic and informative two-hour workshop with Nutritional Therapist and Hilltop Studio Yoga teacher, Anastasia Smith.
Providing you with the practical tools to help strengthen your immune system throughout the winter, this workshop will teach a diversity of dietary methods to prevent infections and elevate mood, as well as providing yummy nutritious recipes and handouts to help guide you. Anastasia will also guide you through a gentle, 1-hour restorative flow, using specific techniques to help re-calibrate and restore the nervous system, which can be both preventative as well as therapeutic for times when you are feeling run down and low in energy.
You will leave feeling nourished inside and out and ready to tackle whatever the next British winter throws at you.
