Hope Bastine is an advocate for cultivating the pre-sleep ritual as the perfect antidote to our lifestyle insomnia epidemic. This workshop will introduce you to the essentials for the perfect bedtime routine.
Hope is an innovative psychologist and game-changing sleep expert. She holds a MSc from King’s in Mental Health and is highly trained in Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga
Hope works as a sleep psychology consultant for Simba Sleep and leads mindfulness and wellbeing workshops across Europe for individuals as well as corporate organisations.
Hope regularly contributes to leading publications such as The Telegraph, Psychologies Magazine, PR Week, Cosmopolitan, Spectator Life, Balance Magazine and Vogue.
Work Shop Content:
• 30 min discussion into the science of how sleep works and why we need it
• 10 min introducing proven tips and techniques for improving sleep quality
• 20 min sleep inducing Yin Yoga (wear comfortable clothing)
• 20 min sleep inducing Meditation
• 10 min Q&A
