A drop in class every weekday lunchtime, 1-2, open to all, whether you are new to meditation or already have a meditation practice.
If you are new to meditation there will be an opportunity to learn one of the two meditation practices we teach: the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving Kindness). If everyone at the class is already familiar with these practices then we will sit for longer, meditating with others in supportive conditions. After the class you can usually stay in the shrine room and continue to meditate or else stay for tea and a chat with the class leader.
Note: The Metta Bhavana will be taught every Friday lunchtime.
