Do you want to experience a calmer you?

Come and mandala yourself into a peaceful place. It is easy to relax! Here’s how.

The word meditation could generate discomfort as well as comfort. We can think yuk, I want nothing “spiritual” in my life after my childhood, you’re mad!

Well, call it what you like then!

A mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe.

The meaning of mandala comes from Sanskrit meaning “circle.” Even though it may have features like squares or triangles, a mandala always has a concentric (circular) nature.

In common use, “mandala” has become a generic term for any diagram, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a microcosm of the universe.

There are others who believe mandalas reflect our inner world, our thoughts in search of completeness and self-unity.

  • A way to process your thoughts and feelings
  • Over time a sense of peace and calm
  • If you allow yourself a whole different outlook to your life

You can buy a block of meditation classes for 3 weeks or 6 weeks or singles
