Movement Medicine With Mira Khanya: Wednesdays Islington
15/05/2019 @ 7:15 pm – 9:45 pm –
“Mira has an intuitive understanding of movement and transformational process. She creates a safe, sacred space in which to connect deeply with your own body’s wisdom. I have often surprised myself with the energy and insights I’ve accessed under her attuned guidance. Resistance and inhibitions melt away and I am transported by the evocative music to a place within where I can dance with all my being”.
The Arc Centre 98b St Paul Street - London N1 7DF Events
A warm welcome to join our community as we gather in a weekly dance meditation. A journey of bringing body, mind and heart into relationship as we deepen our connection to ourselves and each other. Releasing that which does not serve and calling in all that supports us. Connecting to the life force within and around, as we creatively engage with that which matters most to us. We can explore and express new possibilities and expand into a greater sense of presence and inner balance. Participants are welcome to stay for a cup of tea after the dance. Please bring a small donation.
