An inclusive, supportive class of therapeutic yoga using gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness to relieve physical and mental stress, anxiety, depression, improve sleep, release muscular tension and help deal with chronic pain.
Suitable for beginners and all levels – options to work in a chair or on the mat. Please wear comfortable clothing.
