Yoga has many benefits but primarily, a regular yoga practice helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of life. In these yoga sessions you will also learn how easily you can incorporate a simple yoga regime into your daily schedule.
We aim to spread love, wellbeing and positivity so that you can lead a peaceful and balanced life, in harmony with other people and nature. In these yoga sessions you will also learn how easily you can incorporate a simple yoga regime in your daily schedule. They will be fun, creative and dynamic, which will include pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and mantra meditation in a relaxing environment. Our teachers are all practising spiritualists so they will be also happy to sometimes share timeless philosophy and wisdom that you can practically apply in any aspect of modern life. We will help you realign your body, mind and soul with goals that bring steady personal growth and fulfilment.
The sessions will be facilitated by our qualified yoga instructors Brioni, Elizabeth, Anjali, Lucie and Sophie. We strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and we welcome people of all ages, shapes, sizes, ethnicity and so on. So please come check us out and bring a friend too!
