What is Ashtanga Vanyasa Yoga?

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a powerful yet subtle yoga that synchronises breath with movement to slowly unveil not only the strength, flexibility and vitality of the physical body but also, over time, the rediscovery of the practitioners fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness, control of the senses and a deep awareness of their selves. Ashtanga yoga was spread across the globe through the students of Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.

What their Clients Say…

You are an amazing team that enrich not only the practice but also your students in who they are and how they discover and build themselves. Your professionalism in strength together with your compassion in grace are invaluable offerings to anyone who has the chance to practice with each of you. I feel blessed to have had the chance to discover ashtanga yoga under your non-judgmental and heart open guidance. I will never forget everything that you helped me to discover, cultivate, soothe and love within myself through the ashtanga practice. It is priceless and it leaves me speechless.

A regular two and a half hour class at six in the morning is a challenge that if met will clearly develop you physically, mentally and spiritually in ways that you might not have thought possible when you started your journey with Ashtanga Vanyasa Yoga.
