Open Group Session
Whether you’re already a Sophrology pro or you want to try Sophrology for the first time, Dominique from BeSophro invites you to join her Open Group Class.
50 minutes just for yourself during your lunch break will allow you to recharge, connect and build your path of self-discovery using Sophrology methods.
Sophrology will take you on a blissful journey of relaxation and awareness, using different tools from guided visualisations and breathing to simple exercises like tensing and releasing muscles.
No special equipment or clothing are required, so you can join the group in your lunch break and go back to the office without breaking into a sweat.
If you have practised Sophrology before Dominique will tailor the exercises to take into account your progress and your previous knowledge. If you are a complete beginner she will guide you through the basics so you can enjoy the relaxation at your own pace.
Places are limited to 5 participants allowing to work in a focused and relaxed way ensuring each session is tailored specifically to your needs.
Dominique will provide you with an audio recording of your session so you can continue your practise at home.

About Dominique Antiglio
Dominique is one of the UK’s leading Sophrologists and Sound Therapists specializing in stress- management, self-development, pregnancy, birth preparation and stress issues associated with early motherhood. Her passion for Sophrology started at a young age and she was fortunate enough to train with Professor Caycedo, founder of the discipline.
As a sophrologist, and with her broad background in health, Dominique employs a unique balance of science and empathetic therapy with her clients making good use of the mind/body connection. Through her understanding of this connection Dominique is able to help her clients develop their inner strengths and resources.
