With her 25K Instagram followers, role as CEO of leading nutrient brand, Evermore Health, founder of the Fittness + Purpose Method and just being a general bad-ass with a love of extreme sports, how can Alessandra Solberger not be an inspiration.
Add to that a background in private equity prior to her current role, the fact she speaks six languages and started her first business age 11 and we knew this was a woman we had to speak to.
What do you do?
I’m the founder and CEO of Evermore Health, the active lifestyle brand in nutrition. We make organic supplements that boost your health & metabolism in a natural and sustainable way. I’m very much into fitness and extreme sports, you can find out more about my adventures on instagram.
More recently, I developed the Fitness x Purpose method. This includes all the best motivational and productivity tricks I’ve developed over time. It helps you boost your mind through your body and align yourself with your own purpose. I’ll be unveiling it all on the 24th of January in London!
What is your greatest challenge at the moment?
There’s so much happening in our business and we don’t have time for everything, so it really comes down to focusing on what truly matters. That’s part of how I’ve developed so many strategies to do more with less time!
What is your greatest joy?
Nothing makes me happier than the grateful emails and messages we get from our customers. It’s a real kick and it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.
Do you follow your own advice?
This is such a good point. We’re good at reacting to external pressure and advice, less so when it comes to what we tell ourselves. To overcome this, my own motto is that “my word is law”. If I set out to do something and ask that from myself, I’ll do everything possible to honour that word. Generally, we can all do more to treat ourselves like our own best friend.
A week never goes by without…
Physical training that makes me feel like I gave everything! Same goes for having helped someone overcome their previous limits.
Our NEW “Inspire” series profiles inspirational people across the capital and beyond. Whether this is business owners, professionals in fitness, therapy and more or those forging a new path in the wellness industry; you’ll find it here.
