We will invite you to see for yourself how wellbeing really works, debunking widespread assumptions and exploring the practical implications of this in the workplace.
This is not a seminar in which you will be taught tools and techniques. Coping strategies can sometimes feel like a job on top of a job just to stay well and, even then, the results are usually only temporary and sometimes do not work.
There is nothing extra to do for the benefits to show up in your own life. In fact, you may even find that you save time and energy!
The seminar will be interactive and experiential within a small group to ensure that we have an opportunity to explore particular challenges you may be experiencing.
Your seminar leaders
Chetna Bhatt is a qualified executive coach and part time employment lawyer. Chetna co-founded Being Lawyers as she is passionate about human potential. Having herself recovered from a chronic illness to thrive as a lawyer with the understanding of the mind that she shares to help professionals experience less stress and greater resilience, Chetna is committed to transforming the wellbeing of others. Since 2013 she has been helping clients based in the UK and abroad access elevated levels of wellbeing, performance and leadership.
Trevor Hill has extensive experience in the corporate world as an independent coach and facilitator. He has worked internationally across a wide variety of sectors including financial services, retail, utilities and automotive. In 2006 Trevor founded Inspiration At Work to help clients succeed with what is important to them while at the same time gaining higher wellbeing. He is dedicated to seeing clients wake up to exciting new possibilities they previously could not imagine.
Free refreshments of tea, coffee and fresh fruit will be available throughout the day and you will also have an opportunity to enjoy morning pastries and afternoon cakes.
For early-risers, free continental breakfast is also available from 09.00 and there will be a suitable lunch break to allow you to find your own choice of local eatery.
