What if everything we are told about wellbeing is wrong?

Wellbeing is not something we need to strive for; it is our natural state. Experiencing true wellbeing does not come through hard work and will-power. We are born with natural wellbeing and cannot lose it.

Understanding the mechanics of how it works and what gets in the wayis life-changing because it enables you to experience more ease in life and perform at your best more of the time.

Who is the seminar for?

This seminar is open to all. The seminar is an opportunity to explore a new cutting edge direction in which to look to uncover your natural wellbeing and reap the benefits that effortlessly follow from this.

What are the practical benefits of attending the seminar?

We will introduce a profound new understanding of the workings of the mind. Rather than providing more information to you, we will create an opportunity for you to gain insights which will bring you numerous practical benefits and long-lasting changes to your experience of wellbeing.

This seminar is perfect for you if you would like to:

* experience relief from stress – at work and beyond

* be at the top of your game more often and fulfil your potential

* navigate difficult circumstances with more grace and ease

* understand the key to preventing mental ill health

* be more resilient when faced with challenges

* readily access a strong foundation of wellbeing in life

The education we share

Every human being is sitting in the middle of mental health – they just don’t know it — Sydney Banks

We will invite you to see for yourself how wellbeing really works, debunking widespread assumptions and exploring the practical implications of this in the workplace.

This is not a seminar in which you will be taught tools and techniques. Coping strategies can sometimes feel like a job on top of a job just to stay well and, even then, the results are usually only temporary and sometimes do not work.

There is nothing extra to do for the benefits to show up in your own life. In fact, you may even find that you save time and energy!

The seminar will be interactive and experiential within a small group to ensure that we have an opportunity to explore particular challenges you may be experiencing.
