Come and take part in FloatFit HIIT on the Water – a revolutionary cross-training HIITwork out class in the pool, with water-based fitness experts Aquaphysical.
The FloatFit class is a 30 minute HIIT workout including burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank, stretching… all on water. This low impact, cross training class gives a full body workout.
Set in the sleek 55ft Haymarket Hotel swimming pool, keen fitness buffs will be taught this brand new and fun way of exercising.
To complete the session, afterwards guests will be treated to a recovery brunch at Brumus Restaurant, which includes dishes such as crushed avocado on rye with grilled chorizo; freshly baked waffles and sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado, lime salsa and poached eggs.

When: Saturdays 30 minute session either 8-45 for 9-00 start or 9-45 for 10-00 start
Cost £35.00 Including AquaBase and towel will be provided mineral water and brunch at Brumus Bar and Restaurant
What to Wear
As there are no showering facilities available, please dress water ready (gym leggings/shorts/sports bra/sports top/swimwear) and bring a change of dry clothes for after the class.
About Your Facilitator
FloatFit HIIT instructor, Chris Unwin originally trained as a professional dancer and toured internationally for 10 years.
He now teaches all different types of fitness and abilities and likes to see people challenging themselves in class. Chris’s energy levels reach up to 100% in class and has a fun approach to the sessions.
