In our busy city lives it’s easy to feel disconnected from the natural world.
At these workshops you’ll be exploring how we can notice and cherish nature’s beauty in the midst of the city to help us feel well, happy and resilient.
You’ll explore how tuning into a sense of interconnection with nature and one another can support us to face difficulties and live well.
What to expect
The workshops will involve guided meditation and mindfulness practices as well as group activities to stimulate conversation and the imagination. No previous meditation experience is necessary. You’ll spend time inside and outside, making the most of Poplar Union’s location in between Bartlett Park and the Limehouse Cut. Come prepared for being outside!
Each workshop will be on a different theme. They work as stand-alone workshops or a three-week course.
