Lauren Lovett David Bez & Antonio Alderuccio’s new cooking academy is an enabling idea created to support and expand the capital’s curiosity about creating lighter, healthier meal options at home.
Demand is also clearly reflected in the thriving scene of plant based restaurants, plant based menus at chain restaurants, street food markets, dedicated food and lifestyle stores. The success of these is proof that people are energised, interested and willing to invest in their health through what they put into their bodies.
The Academy exists alongside a plant based café and deli which together form a hub, a social space to eat, share learn and inspire.
Each month will host a wild variety of nutritional and seasonal classes and taster days from the talented The Plant Hub’s team and their community of professional and aspirational foodies within the industry.
