What is Ashtanga Vanyasa Yoga?
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a powerful yet subtle yoga that synchronises breath with movement to slowly unveil not only the strength, flexibility and vitality of the physical body but also, over time, the rediscovery of the practitioners fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness, control of the senses and a deep awareness of their selves. Ashtanga yoga was spread across the globe through the students of Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.

A second home for Stillpoint in Brixton
Stillpoint Yoga Brixton has been created as a side project to our ongoing Ashtanga yoga morning classes in London Bridge. A space for SYL to host our highly inspiring workshops and events, we also support local community events, yoga classes run by local teachers and we also hire the space for yoga workshops/events.
Stillpoint Yoga Brixton works separately to our London Bridge shala, all the classes are either booked through the teacher directly or paid for at the beginning of the class. The space is also available to hire for your classes or events. Get in touch for availability or classes.
