In this retreat you will experience a talk on mindfulness, a guided meditation, a bespoke guided mindful activity, a silent & relaxing self-reflection exercise, a reflection session, & time to be. In addition, you will receive plenty of opportunities to reconnect with your self, connect with like-minded people, and relax
This retreat is run by mindfully-living sindividuals with a combined experience in meditation, coaching, & personal development. We offer a warm, safe & open space for guests of all backgrounds.

What else you should know
No prior meditation or mindfulness experience is needed – we cater to beginners & the more experienced. This event is fun, casual, and relaxing so come as you are in comfortable clothing. Specialty teas, water and light snacks will be provided.
Mindful Globe is currently London-based, but we would like to bring our projects all over the world. We offer programs, classes, retreats, and coaching. Our classes are inclusive, informative, secular and light. Mindful Globe runs accessible programs, meaning you do not have to buy expensive equipment, worry about mats, cushions, chairs. Moreover, the cost of our programs and classes are mostly there to cover the expenses, and support our not-for-profit initiatives, such as working with charities, rather than earning profit. Lastly, Mindful Globe runs not only group programs and classes but is running bespoke tailored programs to either suit your needs or your group’s needs (e.g. 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching, Online programs, Mindfulness for Mental Health Professionals, Mindful Leadership Programs, etc.). We look forward for you to start our Mindfulness Journey with us.
