It doesn’t matter whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi who’s practised the art for years, just come along with an open mind and a smile! 🙂
The session (Vinyasa flow style) will include asana (physical postures) practice and stretches in combination with pranayama (breathwork). This experience will run for around an hour and a half, and it’s suitable for all levels.
Yoga will improve body and mind awareness as well as help you achieve a sense of balance, strength and calmness.
After the practice, you are welcome to stay for a picnic where you’ll have the chance to nibble on some yummy treats whilst chatting with good people.
For the picnic, please bring along something homemade of your choice or simply grab a quick wholesome snack from the local supermarket.
Please feel free to invite family and friends – the more the merrier!

A yoga mat (if you don’t have one – we have a few spare ones available)
Bottle of water
A blanket for the picnic (optional)
Depending on weather conditions: A few extra layers of clothes to ensure you are warm when cooling down and when we move to relaxation towards the end of the practice.
