With Spring heralding renewal, it is the perfect opportunity to delve deep into our self awareness and reassess our path. Join us at our first installation of Serenity Sundays on the Sunday 14th April 2019, for an afternoon of group coaching followed by a wholesome plant-based meal.

Serenity Sundays focuses on holistic wellbeing for the mind, body and soul, bringing together those that are searching to connect deeply with themselves and others through the power of self-discovery and inner fulfilment.

Our launch event will help you explore your inner awakening, focusing on your own rebirth and growth.

This is a safe and intimate space for you to open up about an area of your life that you would like to transform or even simply enhance.

When: Sunday 14 04 19 5pm – 8-30pm

The first part of the evening will be a workshop focused on transformational change guided by trained life coach Marialuisa. During this workshop, you will blossom into a state of self discovery, getting to know your authentic self. From this, comes a beautiful realisation of what is needed in life and how to get there. Through this session, you can expect:

– Obtaining an in-depth understanding of yourself by guided meditation, connecting with your subconscious and various activities designed to tap into your authentic self
– Defining a specific goal and ways to reach it, by setting an intention and refining this through group coaching techniques
– Discovering the possibilities–many previously untapped–to reaching your goal(s)
– Increased connection to yourself and others around you through both individual and group activities
Feeling empowered to make transformational and sustainable change to positively enhance your life, including take-home materials created during the coaching session
– Overall feeling of wellness, calm and wholeness

The workshop will be followed by a get-together over a 3-course plant-based meal and refreshments throughout created by Patricia, who will discuss:

– In-season and local produce that grows in April to obtain most nutrients from what you cook
– The benefits of an unprocessed diet with a spotlight on fresh and organic ingredients as a way to heal and nourish the body
– The recipes behind the food, which you’ll be able to take away with you

Much like the theme of the event, our menu will focus on spring, which sees the awakening of mother nature, and with it, flavours and colours come into full bloom. Beets add vibrant pink and radish closely follow. Artichokes and rhubarb start to show and so do flowers and fruits.

Food is rooted in Patricia’s childhood, and her passion only grew as it became a creative medium to express herself through what she puts on the plate. Patricia trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, followed by further exploration of the mind-body connection and studying food as medicine. Her food philosophy is centred around simple, fresh and colourful fare that promotes mental and physical wellbeing.
