For those who like both challenges and chilling out – welcome to the retreat you’ve been waiting for! We’ve crafted a weekend set to thrill your adventurous side, with stunning views as you hike along the Cliffs of Moher, and to soothe your contemplative side, with deeply nourishing vinyasa yoga and mindfulness meditations.

The walk is split between two days. On Day 1, you can stretch your legs from the charming town of Doolin up to the delights of the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre; on Day 2, set out from the visitor centre to the wild and windy Hag’s Head. That’s 14km over 2 days but don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of time to relax and reward yourself too!

Drink in the views of the Atlantic Ocean in our glass-fronted studio as you enjoy a restorative yoga class. Unwind in our new wood-burning hot tubs (weather-permitting) as you soak up the surrounding scenery. Indulge in a massage before curling up beside a roaring turf fire. Nourish your body over and over with our delicious and organic produce. One, two, three, ahhhhh…

This is your chance to embrace the outdoors and to blow away the cobwebs while stretching your body, calming your mind and soothing your soul. Leave the retreat having made new friends, explored a breathtaking corner of Ireland and reconnected to yourself on all levels.

About The Cliffs of Moher Retreat Centre

Our purpose designed, luxury venue is set against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs of Moher and the beautiful countryside of Co.Clare, Ireland.  We are located on the west coast of Ireland and Europe just about the mid-point of The Wild Atlantic Way, a 400 Kilometre stretch along Ireland’s rugged western coastline. We provide a variety of luxury yoga retreats throughout the year.

Shannon Airport:

Shannon is our closest airport. You can catch a taxi from the airport directly to the Retreat for approximately €90.

Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants

18:00    Our first yoga and meditation class (90 minutes)

20:00    Dinner – delicious, healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area


07:30     Vinyasa Yoga (90 minutes)

09:00     Delicious healthy breakfast buffet

10:00      Hike on the Cliffs of Moher Path

13:30       Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!

Free time – Options to visit Lahinch, go to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment

18:00       Evening Yoga (90 minutes)

19:30        Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food, followed by a delicious healthy dessert

Our beautiful glass fronted sauna will be available at all times during your stay and we will fire up our wood burning hot tub on Saturday as well, weather permitting

09:30         Delicious healthy breakfast buffet

10:00          Hike on the Cliffs of Moher Path

12:30          Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food and check out afterwards
